I have purchased a chef’s knife at the Edmonton home show, for over $100 dollars with a lifetime guarantee.
I have sent the knife back once about a month later because it had some small chips, I got a new knife back or at least I assume it was a new one and the service was great, thank you for that.

I love the way the knife handles, in New York in a kitchen shop I saw other ceramic knives, in fact two different brands. The one I remember is Bodum I bought the knife for my daughter who lives in NY and I told her how great the ceramic knifes are and because this knife was much cheaper with no lifetime guarantee that I was not sure if it is as good as the one I bought.
